Kate Patraw is a seasoned tween and teen life coach and former middle school educator with nearly 20 years of experience. She is dedicated to enhancing youth resilience and well-being while also empowering parents through individualized coaching that guides them in supporting their students through life’s challenges. Kate is the creator of Mastering Middle School - A Parent's Guide to Helping Your Student Survive & Thrive, a self-paced online course that teaches parents how to navigate their child’s transition to and journey through middle school. Known for helping families achieve stronger communication, improved confidence, and emotional resilience, Kate also serves clients of all ages as a certified practitioner of Emotion Code, Body Code, and Belief Code, using energy work to foster balance and well-being that helps individuals live healthier, more fulfilled lives.
